So who exactly is the CRM Guru?

Craig Kent started his marketing career in the mid 1990s working in generalist marketing roles in the travel industry for high profile names including TUI & Olympic Holidays. During the 2008 credit crunch, following redundancy he found himself entering the world of CRM in the Betting & Gaming sector where he spent 5 years plying his trade in data-driven, loyalty subscription marketing at Ladbrokes where he learned best practice and oversaw many successes with his retail team.

Then in 2014 Craig made the leap into CRM Consultancy and from that moment on has never looked back. He has set up strategy & rolled out customer lifecycle processes, plans and campaigns for the likes of Shell, PayPal & Three along with a host of start-ups & SMEs. Today Craig is one of the UK's leading CRM experts, highly respected by his peers & former clients alike.

When Craig isn't working with clients he relaxes with his family and sings at weddings and private parties, but that's a whole separate story.
